Ext. Barrel Module 5 - DAQ Run Number = 578

 

- SPACE FOR TILE TOO BIG: For PMT 17 - Cell D_5 - TileRow 11 - Fiber# 65 - Drop 36.0%. The space for the Tile was too big. Aluminum plate was used to fix the problem. -> Drop < 30%.

 

- COUPLINGS REPAIRED: PMT 5 - Cell C10 - TileRow 7 - Fiber# 6 - Drop 38.7%; PMT 5 - Cell C10 - TileRow 9 - Fiber# 6 - Drop 30.6%; PMT 6 - Cell C10 - TileRow 9 - Fiber# 6 - Drop 32.8% where repaired by taping the C10 profiles. -> Drops <30%

 

- COUPLING NOT REPAIRED: For PMT 16 - Cell B12 - TileRow 5 - Fiber# 27 - Drop 40.1%. The coupling was damaged while the B12 profiles were repaired. The drop is impossible to recover
